The role

You'll manage an Activation Executive, owning the strategy and day-to-day execution of search campaigns, while also overseeing social activity as a secondary channel. It's a genuinely hands-on position, so you'll be close to the work while also shaping how campaigns are planned and optimised.

What you'll bring

- Robust, hands-on search campaign experience, including build, optimisation and reporting
n
- Working knowledge of social advertising platforms
n
- Confidence managing and developing a direct report
n
- A genuine enjoyment of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
n
- Agency background preferred
