The Opportunity

n

We're looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our CV Asset Services team, based out of Hendra.

n

This is a permanent, full‐time maintenance role working across multiple key client accounts — including large commercial and critical infrastructure sites across Brisbane. You'll be doing what good HVAC techs do best: keeping systems running, fault-finding, servicing and delivering quality maintenance work without chasing short-term jobs.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial and critical facilities
n
- Servicing, fault‐finding and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems
n
- Providing practical, customer‐focused solutions to key clients
n
- Working safely and efficiently in line with standards and site requirements
n
- Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and your wider team
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance
n
- Hands‐on refrigeration experience
n




- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Safety‐focused with a good attitude and attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n

n

Licences & Tickets (Essential)

n

n
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- QBCC Licence
n
- C-Class manual driver's licence
n
