Based in Acacia Ridge, CSP PlastaMasta is an Australian privately owned company who is a distributor of Plasterboard and Fibre Cement Products with warehouses in QLD, NSW & VIC. With a high focus on quality staff to provide great experiences to our clients from start to finish. To do this starts with a great team and lots of teamwork. As our business is growing rapidly we are now seeking that next person/s to join us in a full time capacity with an immediate start available.

The Role

Your role will include but not be limited to the controlled stock within the warehouse and to ensure goods are received, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently, effectively and safely. MR or above License would also be an advantage (auto or manual) but not essential to the role. A fast-paced environment, you will be working within a highly organized team that will provide full training.

Medium level counter balance fork lift skills and working in similar environment are an advantage. The candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team.

A light/medium level of manual handling is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

- pick and pack daily orders for customers
- loading & unloading of trucks
- monitor stock levels and report stock shortages to Supervisor




- keep all work areas in a neat and tidy condition
- ensuring quality & accuracy when picking orders
- provide assistance regarding delivery/carting, distribution and delivery where required
- complete safety/forklift check records as required.
- above all else a high focus on a protected working environment is a must

Experience, skills and qualification.

- Must hold a current LF forklift license as the minimum requirement for operating warehouse equipment
- MR license an advantage/not essential

- White Card an advantage/not essential
- A Min of 2+ years experience in a Warehouse/Logistics environment
- Own transport
- Experience within a Plasterboard & Fibre Cement warehouse highly desirable

Schedule:

- Mon-Thurs is rostered at 6am-2pm & 7am-3pm must be available for both
- Friday 6am - 2pm
- Must be available for early starts, 5am when operationally required

- Weekends on occasion
- Public holidays off
- Start rate: $33 p/h (Probation 6 months or until signed of as competent)
- $35-$36 p/h following 6 month probation end
- 4 weeks paid annual leave

- 10 paid sick leave days
- Yearly pay reviews

Experience:

- Forklift: 2 years (Required)
- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

- Forklift License (Required)
- MR License (Advantage)

Work Authorization:

- Australia (Required)
