About the Role

As a Forklift Operator (Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts available), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading and transporting stock
- RF scanning and inventory transactions
- Receiving, storing and replenishing materials
- Supporting production operations with timely material supply
- Conducting routine equipment inspections
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Following safety, quality and food safety standards
- Identifying and escalating operational issues where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace

What We're Looking For

Essential

✔ Current Forklift Licence

✔ Previous forklift operating experience within manufacturing, warehousing or logistics

✔ Experience using RF scanning systems

✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety

✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Proven reliability and attendance record

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team





✔ Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

⭐ SAP experience

⭐ FMCG or food manufacturing experience

⭐ Inventory control experience

⭐ Experience working within a high-volume warehouse workplace
