About The Role Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play an integral role in safely operating manufacturing equipment and forklift machinery to support the production of high-quality Gyprock products.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Promoting and contributing to a strong safety-first culture
- Operating manufacturing equipment and production workstations
- Performing forklift operations to support production requirements
- Maintaining raw material supply to the production line
- Conducting quality checks in line with national testing requirements
- Monitoring and adjusting production processes to meet product specifications
- Recording production and quality data using CSR systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Maintaining housekeeping and operational standards within the factory
Shift Pattern This role operates on a Monday to Friday rotating roster, requiring flexibility to work across all three shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
