ABOUT THE ROLE- Senior Pricing Coordinator The Senior Pricing Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of commercially competitive pricing solutions. Reporting directly to the Area Vice President – Australia & PNG.

- Prepare accurate, competitive and commercially sound quotations for domestic and international freight forwarding opportunities.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of customer RFQs, RFPs and commercial tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.
- Develop pricing models and commercial solutions that maximise profitability whilst remaining competitive within the market.
- Analyse customer requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, Warehousing, Transport and Project Logistics.
- Liaise with global offices, overseas agents, carriers and suppliers to obtain competitive buy rates.
- Maintain and negotiate supplier pricing where appropriate to ensure competitive market positioning.




- Conduct cost analysis and margin reviews to ensure quotations meet company profitability targets.
- Support strategic customer reviews by analysing pricing performance and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Follow up all quotations to maximise conversion opportunities and maintain an accurate quotation pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED

- Experience within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining or Industrial Logistics sectors.
- Experience using CargoWise One (CW1).
- Knowledge of Australian Customs and international trade regulations.
- Previous experience managing large strategic tenders or key account pricing.
- Extensive experience within international freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong commercial pricing and financial analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience preparing RFQs, RFPs and commercial tenders.
- Strong understanding of international Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Transport and Project Logistics.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop commercially competitive solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse pricing data.
