The Opportunity
JRR is seeking a skilled and highly organised Front Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our business while supporting our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. This is a dynamic and varied role combining front office management with financial administration support across AR and AP. You will play a key part in ensuring our day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while delivering a positive, professional experience to clients, customers, vendors and staff.

About the Role
Front Office Responsibilities
• Manage reception and maintain a qualified front office environment
- Greet visitors, answer and direct calls, manage email inboxes and general enquiries
- Coordinate and provide support for corporate travel and accommodation bookings
- Manage incoming mail
- Order staff business cards and office stationery
- Maintain adequate stock levels of operational books and forms (Purchase Order and Docket Books)
- Prepare non‑inventory Purchase Orders and maintain accurate records
Accounts Support Responsibilities
• Assist with Accounts Payable tasks including invoice entry, reconciliations,
and PO matching
- Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks including payment processing, invoicing, debtor follow‑up, reporting, and reviewing customer contract entry for accuracy
- Support electronic filing and record keeping
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative role
- Experience supporting AR and/or AP functions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience answering and screening calls and coordinating appointments
- Understanding of corporate travel and accommodation bookings
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and strong business etiquette
- A growth mindset and openness to change
You are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional presence at all times.
