SPK KIOSK & BAR is positioned right on one of Mornington Peninsulas finest beaches, offering a casual bustling family-friendly dining.

We are on the hunt for a Front of House Supervisor for the Summer! Ability to manage younger team members and lead by example.

Sit back and watch the waves roll in, open for basic breakfast, lunch and afternoon bites and delicious cocktails. We are looking for energetic and vibrant front of house staff to join our team.

Open Monday to Sunday 8am to 3pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ordering Duties
- Rostering duties
- Availability to work weekends.
- End of Day Tills
- Lead a team
- Friendly demeanour
- Has experience in a busy cafe
- Position for baristas also available
- Providing friendly, competent and efficient service
- Product knowledge of our menu and ingredients




- Monitoring front of house, including cafe dining area, cleanliness and appearance
- Taking orders, upselling and operating the Point of Sales System/ Eftpos.
- Serving orders to customers
- Available to work weekdays/weekends and public holidays
