Help us drive growth into recent markets, where our services can deliver meaningful improvements in how organisations operate. You’ll also work closely with new clients such as Girls Brigade and Scouts Australia, alongside a range of other customers including camp providers and sporting clubs.

The Role

This role will be at the heart of transforming the staff and parent experiences by ensuring a secure, seamless experience during the event management process. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Working within the team to plan and deliver system changes and improvements.

- Building responsive, user-friendly end-to-end products and work to continuously improve the existing products and systems.

- Writing high-quality automated tests and contribute to CI/CD, observability and monitoring.

- Utilising task tracking and project management tooling.

- Participating in discussions, code reviews, technical planning and continuous platform improvements.

Please note that this role is on site and hybrid/remote will not be considered.

Experience you’ll bring:

- Ability to understand and work with complex systems that span multiple products.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly agile work environment and be able to adapt to the changing customer needs.

- Comfortable working across different languages and frameworks, but primarily ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and Web Components.

- Proven ability to debug complex issues spanning across various products.

- Strong working knowledge of relational databases, specifically MSSQL.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to apply software development best practices.

- Several years experience in a similar software engineering role.

- Good knowledge of solution design and architectural principles.
