Ar-Razzaaq Pty Ltd trading as Himalaya Authentic Pakistani & Indian Cuisine operates a busy fine dining Pakistani and Indian restaurant located in Randwick. We are urgently looking for a talented full-time Chef who would like to be a part of a vibrant, friendly, and energetic team. You must be highly motivated and as passionate about food and exceptional service as we are.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Planning menus

· Preparing and cooking dishes

· Managing food quality, portion control and presentation

· Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

· At least 3 years’ experience as a Chef

· Knowledge in preparing and cooking Pakistani and Indian cuisine

· Be able to work well in a busy workplace

· Be reliable, punctual and hard working.

Annual Salary:

$80,000 plus superannuation

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
