Fund Accountant - Property Funds An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fund Accountant to join a leading property investment and funds management firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to advance their career in the property funds sector. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, managing fund operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property funds.

- Maintain general ledger integrity and perform reconciliations.

- Process distributions, capital calls, and investor reporting.

- Assist with tax compliance, including GST, BAS, and income tax returns.

- Liaise with auditors, external stakeholders, and fund managers.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.





- CA/CPA qualified or working towards certification.

- 2-4 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in property funds or real estate investment.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/AASB) and tax regulations.

- Experience with fund administration systems and accounting software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
