Description An opportunity has arisen for a Fund Analyst to join the Melbourne-based investment team. The role will support the assessment, execution and ongoing management of real estate debt and equity investments, with exposure across financial modelling, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and investment committee processes.

Key responsibilities will include

- Building and maintaining financial models for new and existing investments
- Conducting financial, market and transaction analysis
- Supporting due diligence across borrowers, sponsors and underlying assets
- Preparing investment papers, credit submissions and committee materials
- Assessing investment returns, leverage, downside scenarios and key risks
- Monitoring portfolio performance and covenant compliance
- Supporting transaction execution alongside senior investment professionals and external advisers




- Assisting with portfolio reporting, forecasting and ad hoc investment analysis

Profile

- The successful candidate will likely have 1-4+ years of relevant experience gained within funds management, property finance, corporate banking, investment banking, transaction services, valuation or a related environment.
- You will bring strong financial modelling and analytical capability, sound commercial judgement and a high level of attention to detail. An interest in real estate, private credit and alternative investments will be highly regarded, together with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Job Offer

- Market-competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $180,000 AUD.
- Opportunities to work in the Melbourne CBD area.
