Beachmere Hotel is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for more hours for the right candidate.

Located in the heart of Beachmere, our venue offers a busy gaming room, TAB facilities, bar and bistro, and regular events. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers great customer service.

About the Role

- Provide excellent service in the Gaming Room and TAB area
- Process TAB bets and assist customers with enquiries
- Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with RSG regulations




- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of gaming and TAB areas
- Assist the wider team during busy periods when required

About You

- Previous experience in Gaming and/or TAB preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Good understanding of gaming compliance
- Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1-2 years of gaming or TAB experience required
- Advanced understanding of gaming compliance regulations and procedures required

Certifications Required

- RSA
- RSG
- Both RSA and RSG certifications must be held before commencing employment
