At The Prince, you’ll lead from the floor, working alongside your team and getting to know your regulars. You’ll take ownership of the department, with the support of an experienced leadership team.

What you’ll do

- Lead, roster and develop the gaming team through clear expectations and regular coaching
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and create a welcoming experience
- Maintain high standards across gaming service, presentation and daily operations
- Keep the department compliant with gaming, liquor, safety and venue requirements
- Monitor performance and work with the Venue Manager to strengthen the operation

What we’re looking for

- Experience as a Gaming Manager, Gaming Supervisor or Assistant Manager with solid gaming knowledge




- Strong knowledge of Queensland gaming operations and compliance requirements
- A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching people and setting clear standards
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG; CLO accreditation will be highly regarded
- Flexibility across a full-time roster, including occasional closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
