General Manager - Sales | MRP / ERP | Manufacturing

Sydney | ANZ Leadership | $180K + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus

We're working with an Australian technology business that has developed its own MRP/ERP solution specifically for the manufacturing sector.

Following significant investment and a recent product launch, the business is now looking for an experienced General Manager Sales to lead and grow its MRP/ERP division across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the manufacturing software market and has a proven track record selling enterprise solutions into manufacturing operations.

The role

You'll take ownership of the MRP/ERP sales function across ANZ, leading the existing team while building the capability and structure needed to support significant growth.

You'll be responsible for

- Leading the MRP/ERP sales function across Australia and New Zealand
- Managing and growing the sales team
- Driving new business and revenue growth
- Building relationships across the manufacturing sector
- Developing sales strategy and go-to-market activity
- Working with customers across manufacturing, production, operations and supply chain




- Supporting the continued growth of a newly launched technology division

What we're looking for You'll have a strong background in enterprise software sales and leadership, with experience selling MRP, ERP or manufacturing technology.

Most importantly, you'll understand the manufacturing environment and have sold solutions to stakeholders across:

- Manufacturing
- Production
- Operations
- Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Warehouse
- Inventory
- We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, lead from the front and build a high-performing sales team.

Experience
- 6 + years in senior enterprise software sales or sales leadership
- MRP, ERP or manufacturing software experience
- Strong manufacturing sector experience
- Experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strong new business and commercial capability
- Comfortable travelling across Australia and Current Zealand
- Manufacturing, engineering, Lean or Six Sigma experience would be highly regarded.

Package $180,000 base + Super

$13,500 car allowance, Up to $70,000 bonus

Sydney-based | Approximately 40–45% ANZ travel
