Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth: Establish and execute a clear growth strategy to increase market penetration and drive long-term profitability.

- Commercial & P&L; Leadership: Take full accountability for operational performance, budgeting, forecasting, and key commercial metrics.

- People & Culture Development: Lead from the front to build a high-performing, accountable culture and mentor internal team members.

- Business Development: Strengthen key customer and supplier relationships while identifying recent commercial opportunities.

- Process Optimisation: Refine business systems, operational workflows, and organizational discipline to position the business for scale.

What You Bring

- Track Record: Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Commercial Director, or Senior Business Leader with demonstrated revenue and profit growth.
