Avi Health is a recent Australian telehealth clinic delivering GP, mental health and allied health consultations nationally via secure video and phone. We're built by clinicians and operators who wanted a telehealth model that supports doctors' autonomy — not another call centre roster.

We're onboarding AHPRA-registered General Practitioners to our contractor network. You choose your own session times through our booking platform, consult from wherever suits you, and get paid per consultation — no minimum hours, no salary cap.

What You'll Do

- Deliver video and phone consultations to Avi Health patients, booked through your own flexible schedule
- Assess, diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic presentations suited to telehealth
- Prescribe via e-script, order pathology/imaging, and issue specialist and allied health referrals
- Use your clinical judgement to identify when a patient needs in-person or emergency care instead
- Keep clear, timely clinical notes in our cloud clinical software

How You're Paid

- Paid per completed consultation — a percentage of the MBS rebate and/or patient fee
- Contractor share: a percentage of billed consultation revenue — above typical Australian telehealth GP rates
- No hourly wage, no salary, no fixed roster — invoice against your own ABN

What You'll Need

- MBBS (or equivalent)



and FRACGP / ACRRM Fellowship (or approved vocational recognition)
- Current, unrestricted general or specialist AHPRA registration
- Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Own ABN and professional indemnity insurance with telehealth cover
- Reliable internet and a private, confidential space to consult from
- Current National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) — NSW — required if seeing patients under 18 in NSW
- Registration with SafeScript NSW for real-time prescription monitoring (NSW)

Nice to Have

- 2–3+ years' post-Fellowship general practice experience
- Prior telehealth or virtual care experience
- Interest in chronic disease, mental health, women's health or skin checks
- A second language — we match patients to doctors who speak their language
