Wollongong Private Hospital is seeking experienced General Service Officers to join our team on a casual basis. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, secure, and well-organised facilities while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional service delivery.

Duties include:

- Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialised spaces
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent facility standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or areas requiring attention to supervisory staff
- Stock and organize cleaning supplies and materials in designated storage areas
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while handling cleaning products and chemicals
- Respond to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned
- Maintain professional behaviour and appearance while representing the organization




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks
- Document cleaning activities and report completion of assigned duties
