We are seeking a Global CAFM Administrator to join our Infrastructure Delivery & Facilities Management Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Based in Sydney, this role works closely with the Australian Regional Support Office team while supporting stakeholders across our global network.

Supporting a global network of 120+ campuses across more than 20 countries, this role is responsible for the administration, optimisation and ongoing development of OneSchool Global's CAFM platform. You will play a key role in ensuring our facilities, asset and maintenance data is accurate, accessible and supports effective decision-making across the organisation.

As a Global CAFM Administrator, you will:

- Manage and maintain OneSchool Global's CAFM platform.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules across the global network.
- Maintain asset registers and ensure data integrity.
- Develop system reporting, dashboards and performance insights.
- Support system implementation, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver training and support to users across multiple regions.
- Work closely with facilities teams, vendors and key stakeholders to maximise system effectiveness.
- Uphold and model OneSchool Global's values and ethos.

About You You will have experience administering a CAFM, CMMS or similar facilities management system and be comfortable working with asset data, maintenance schedules and reporting. You will also bring:
- Strong systems administration and data management skills.
- Experience managing asset registers and maintenance programs.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of users.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and locations.
