- As the local financial manager in Australia, responsible for coordinating various tasks such as local accounting, financial control, fund management, project finance, tax planning, foreign exchange risk management, and financing management,
- Participate in the formulation of the company's strategic and business plans, regularly analyze the achievement of business objectives and financial status in India, provide accurate financial data for management and headquarters decision-making, provide a basis for formulating the development strategy plan for the Indian market, and propose development strategy adjustment suggestions based on internal and external environmental changes;
- Responsible for local budget management, expense and cost control, and asset management;
- Explore the potential for increasing revenue and reducing expenses, use funds reasonably, and strengthen fund management;
- Responsible for local tax planning and foreign exchange risk prevention;
- Carry out settlement work for project engineering production and ensure effective achievement of business plans and profit targets;

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, business management or related fields, CPA certification required;
- More than 10 years of financial work experience
- Having a background in international finance for multinational corporations, with experience in overall finance and team management
- Work experience in Australian finance and the recent energy/lithium battery industry is preferred;
- Having professional financial knowledge, proficient in accounting, financial management, economic law, and tax law, etc
- Proficient in international accounting standards and international tax policies
- Familiar with foreign exchange management and tariff planning;
- Excellent communication and expression skills, analytical abilities, and cross departmental coordination skills;
