About the role

We are looking for a talented Graduate Lawyer to join our Queensland team in our Gold Coast office, located in Robina.

Our Queensland strata team has grown substantially, creating an exciting opportunity for a law graduate looking to commence their legal career in a supportive and high-performing environment.

Working closely with our experience lawyers and partners, you will gain hands on exposure to a broad range of strata matters and develop your skills across litigation, dispute resolution and advisory work. You will be supported to gradually take on greater responsibility and manage your own matters as your experience and capability develop.

This is an excellent opportunity to build strong foundations as a lawyer while working on quality matters within a growing national firm.

About You

- Completed, or are nearing completion of, a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification.
- Working towards admission as a lawyer in Queensland.
- Previous experience working in a legal environment as a paralegal, law clerk, or legal assistant.




- A sound understanding of the litigation process and a genuine interest in developing your skills in dispute resolution and strata law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive approach, strong initiative, willingness to learn and a collaborative, team-focussed mindset are essential.
