What You'll Do - Deliver high-quality cuts, colour, styling, and treatments tailored to each client's unique needs and hair type. Work confidently with a diverse clientele, including clients with afro-textured, natural, curly, and multicultural hair - Build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their hair goals and making them feel at ease from the moment they walk in - Collaborate with the team to create a warm, inclusive, and professional salon environment - Stay current with techniques, trends, and hair care innovations especially in the natural and multicultural hair space.

Contribute to the culture of the salon: your ideas, energy, and expertise help shape who we are - Support junior team members as the salon grows (for senior applicants). Who We're Looking For, Skills and Experience - Certificate III in Hairdressing (or currently completing your apprenticeship with relevant experience) - Competency across a range of services: cuts, colour, blow-drying,



and styling - Experience with or a strong interest in natural, afro-textured, and multicultural hair; this is central to what we do - A steady hand, a outstanding eye, and a genuine love for the technical side of the craft.
