THE DEAL

- Start casual on $68 per hour
- 3:1 roster initially - $13,600 per swing
- Flights paid + accommodation
- Complete approximately 3–4 swings before committing to relocation
- Transition into permanent employment if it works for both sides

THE PERMANENT PACKAGE ? $63 PER HOUR + SUPER

? Monday–Friday

⏰ 8.5-hour days | 42.5 hours per week

? Approx. $139,230 annualised base earnings

THEN ADD:

? One vehicle relocated

? Up to 30m³ of household belongings relocated

? Single candidates can be provided furnished apartment-style accommodation

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU

- Trade-qualified HD Mechanic / Fitter
- Civil/mobile plant experience
- Excavator, loader and grader exposure highly regarded
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Police Clearance
- Able to pass medical + drug & alcohol screening
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Genuinely open to relocating to the NT

You do not need to be an elite diagnostic fitter. We need someone solid, reliable and willing to develop alongside an experienced maintenance team.
