About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HCG Educator to join our team in Western Australia.

With a strong focus on colour education,



you will inspire and develop salon professionals through engaging, practical and commercially relevant education experiences.

You’ll deliver a diverse range of education across salon environments, events, workshops, demonstrations and online platforms, helping stylists build their technical capability, confidence and knowledge.

Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll also play an important role in strengthening salon relationships and supporting business growth. You’ll understand that great education doesn't just teach a technique – it builds trust, creates opportunity and helps our customers achieve better results in their businesses.

As a Haircare Group brand ambassador, you’ll represent our brands and our business with professionalism, enthusiasm and credibility.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver engaging colour, technical, product and business education to salon professionals
- Plan and facilitate workshops, demonstrations, events and other education programs
- Adapt your education style to suit different audiences, experience levels and salon environments
- Deliver both face-to-face and virtual education
- Partner with Sales to identify customer education needs and opportunities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with salon owners, stylists and industry partners
- Support customer growth and engagement through education
- Stay current with emerging trends, techniques, products and developments across the professional hair industry
- Provide feedback and insights to the wider business based on customer and industry needs
- Represent Haircare Group and our brands at industry events and customer activities
- Contribute ideas to continually evolve and improve our education offering

About You

You’re an accomplished hair professional who loves to share knowledge, inspire others and stay ahead of the industry.

You’ll bring

- 5+ years’ professional hairdressing experience and relevant qualifications

- Strong technical expertise, particularly in colour




- Demonstrated experience delivering education, demonstrations and workshops
- Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with a diverse range of salon professionals
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering both in-person and online education
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of how education can contribute to salon and business growth
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for developing others
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently
- A professional, positive and engaging presence
- A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle, with regular travel required across Western Australia

It would be great if you also have:

- Experience working with skilled haircare brands
- Previous experience as an educator, colourist, salon trainer or similar
- Experience working across multiple salon environments
- Experience partnering with Sales teams or supporting business development
- A strong network and reputation within the professional hair industry
