About the role The role is responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing our mobile plant and heavy transport fleet, including earthmoving equipment, prime movers, side tippers and trailers.

Key responsibilities

- Complete scheduled servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and breakdown repairs

- Work autonomously and prioritise work to achieve quick turnaround times

- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Gearbox

- Keep asset service histories, defects, repairs, parts and labour records current

- Support reliable equipment availability and consistent service delivery

- Communicate clearly with drivers, operations and management

- Identify emerging maintenance issues and escalate significant risks promptly

- Maintain high safety,



housekeeping and workmanship standards

About you

- Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or equivalent

- Experience across both mobile plant and heavy road transport equipment

- Experience with prime movers, side tippers, trailers and earthmoving equipment

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

- Confident using digital maintenance and asset-management systems

- Highly organised, accountable and able to work with minimal supervision

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Australian working rights
