Job Description

Vertiv seeks a Thermal Customer Engineer (Technician) to perform maintenance servicing of Vertiv equipment, including after-hours work and commissioning, as directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor.

You will plan visits, report hours, and complete service reports, while maintaining skilled relationships with customers and staying current with Vertiv technologies. Travel to remote sites may be required.
