About The Role

n

BRG is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to support a major Defence SATCOM capability.

n

The role will provide specialist logistics, sustainment and project delivery support, ensuring the effective planning, coordination and delivery of ILS activities throughout the capability lifecycle.

n

Working closely with project management, engineering, acquisition and sustainment stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of ILS artefacts, governance processes and supportability products while supporting transition-to-service and long-term sustainment outcomes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support activities.
n
- Develop, review and maintain Defence ILS documentation, artefacts and logistics support analysis products.
n




- Support logistics and sustainment planning throughout the capability lifecycle.
n
- Develop and maintain supportability products and associated governance processes.
n
- Support capability acquisition, introduction into service and transition-to-service activities.
n
- Analyse complex logistics and sustainment issues and provide practical recommendations.
n
- Provide specialist logistics management advice to project and capability stakeholders.
n
- Support project governance, risk management, reporting and planning activities.
n
- Coordinate with Defence organisations, industry partners and external stakeholders.
n
- Contribute to capability readiness and long-term sustainment outcomes.

To be Successful

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in Defence Integrated Logistics Support, logistics management or sustainment management.
n
- Solid experience developing and managing Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.
n
- Sound understanding of Defence acquisition, sustainment and transition-to-service processes.
n
- Experience supporting Defence capability acquisition, introduction into service or sustainment programs.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex logistics issues.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.
n
- Experience with FMS programs, SATCOM or COMSEC capabilities would be highly regarded.
n
- Qualifications or training in ILS, Logistics Management, Project Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
n
- A current NV1 security clearance.
