Based at our award-winning Bunjil Place headquarters, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to embed physical and psychological safety into everyday decision-making and deliver lasting advantages for our people, organisation and community.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide enterprise-wide leadership across health, safety, wellbeing, injury management and workers compensation. You will lead the continued uplift of safety governance, critical risk management, psychosocial safety and leadership accountability while establishing a high-performing Health, Safety & Wellbeing Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading the delivery of Casey's Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy.
- Strengthening safety governance, assurance and compliance frameworks.
- Driving a proactive approach to critical risk management and psychosocial safety.
- Enhancing injury prevention, early intervention, return-to-work and workers compensation performance.




- Building safety leadership capability and embedding a strong, learning-focused safety culture.
- Using data and insights to improve safety outcomes and organisational resilience.

About You

You are an accomplished safety leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You have demonstrated experience leading workplace health and safety functions in complex organisations and can influence leaders at all levels to drive accountability and meaningful change.

You will bring

- Expertise across health, safety and wellbeing governance, risk management, psychosocial safety and injury management.
- A track record of building safety culture and improving organisational risk maturity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability.
- The credibility, courage and judgement to lead complex conversations and deliver sustainable outcomes.
