Run the engine room of a business that's scaling fast.

Rely Pacific Laundry Equipment (RPLE) imports, stocks, preps, installs and services commercial washing machines and dryers for laundromats, commercial laundries, hotels and motels across the region. We're in an active growth phase — building out our systems, our team, and our next three to five years — and we need someone to own operations end to end while we do it.

This isn't a role where you inherit a tidy playbook and maintain it. Our systems today are light. You'll be building the playbook — inventory, scheduling, logistics, the lot — running the team, and making the calls that keep every machine, every install, and every client experience on track.

What you'll own

- Inventory, procurement & supply chain —

you're across all of it: stock accuracy, ordering and supplier/freight negotiation, protecting margin on every purchase, allocating stock to confirmed jobs, and running the annual stocktake.
- Stock predelivery & warehouse leadership —

you'll oversee the warehouse and stock predelivery team, directing them (not just coordinating them) to prep, test and modify machines to each customer's exact site requirements before they leave the building.
- Sales, scheduling & installer coordination —

you'll own the master schedule that ties it all together: stock ready when a sale is confirmed, installers on site at the right time, no gaps and no guesswork.
- Freight & logistics —

you'll work closely with freight partners to get stock to site in the most efficient, cost-effective way, and sort it fast when something goes sideways.
- Install delivery & commissioning —

from the project pack to final testing,



sign-off and handover, you make sure every install lands at a high standard with high-level client communication throughout.
- Building the systems, not just running them —

you'll design and implement the processes and tools this business needs as it scales, rather than working around the gaps in what exists today.

You'll report directly to the General Manager and sit close to the leadership team, with real visibility over the decisions that shape how RPLE operates.

What we're looking for

- Genuine operations leadership experience spanning inventory/supply chain and hands-on project or install/service delivery — not just one or the other
- Comfortable owning margin and cost decisions, not just execution
- A track record of building or significantly improving operational systems and processes from a low base
- Confidence directing a team — setting the “what” and “by when” and trusting people to deliver
- Able to keep quality high and communication clear when several jobs are moving at once
- Genuinely hands-on, and comfortable being the one accountable when it counts
