We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to shape the visitor experience and drive year-round marketing and engagement across two of Victoria's most iconic alpine destinations.

This senior leadership role combines hands-on operational leadership during winter with strategic planning, marketing, events and stakeholder engagement throughout the year. One day you could be supporting guests in the village, the next delivering major events, marketing campaigns and destination growth initiatives.
