- Salary range: $111,993 to $121,853 p.a. (AO5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity The Health and Safety Advisor (Psychosocial Risk Management) provides expert work health and safety advice, support and services to line managers and staff across Townsville Hospital and Health Service (Townsville HHS).
The role supports the implementation of the Townsville HHS Psychosocial Risk Management System, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and duties. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the position contributes to a positive and proactive safety culture, supports the achievement of key performance indicators, and helps drive the sustained reduction of psychosocial hazards.
Requirements
- Whilst not mandatory, possession of a tertiary or post graduate qualification in workplace health and safety, and/or risk management would be highly regarded.
- Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be desirable.
