The Opportunity

This is a key operational role within a fast-moving transport and hire business managing a large, active fleet (circa 1000 units) across Brisbane.

You’ll join an established team and work closely with transport, operations, and admin to keep machines moving and customers informed.

What You’ll Be Doing

At its core, this role is about communication, and follow-through.

You will

- Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Coordinate daily fleet movements and transport schedules
- Monitor delivery and pickup progress and proactively update customers
- Manage the inbox and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Troubleshoot issues in real time (traffic delays, access problems, scheduling clashes)
- Work closely with the transport function while supporting backend processes
- Take pressure off senior team members by owning your lane and stepping up when needed

Hours & Location

- Based in South West Brisbane
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
- Flexibility offered where possible, balanced with operational demands
- Salary between $75,000 and $85,000 + Super
