About the Role The HIS Clerk Reliever provides accurate, timely and customer-focused clerical support within Health Information Services. The role is responsible for retrieving and tracking medical records, completing data entry and patient registration tasks, supporting reception functions, preparing outpatient and admission records, and contributing to scanning, FOI processing, and general departmental duties. The position ensures all work is completed in line with RVEEH policies, legislative requirements, and service standards, while upholding the organisation’s values and commitment to high-quality, safe and efficient patient information management.
This role is Monday to Friday with varying shifts between 8am to 9pm.
