In Home Child & Family Support Worker – Narre Warren South

Immediate Start | Regular Weekly Shifts | 2 Boys – 3 & 7 Years

Absolute In Home Care is looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Support Worker to provide in-home support to a family with two boys aged 3 and 7 years.

If you genuinely enjoy working with children, are confident working independently and bring warmth, initiative and reliability to your work, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role

Your support may include

- Caring for and supervising the two boys in their family home
- School and kindergarten pick-ups
- Assisting with showering, dressing and daily routines
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Playing, engaging and providing companionship
- Supporting social activities and community access
- Helping create a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for the children
- Light household assistance related to the children

Regular Shifts Available Monday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm

Tuesday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm

Thursday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm

Friday: 2:45pm – 7:45pm To commence ASAP.

Car Required + Vic drivers licence + car insurance A reliable car is essential for this role as you will be required to complete school and kindergarten pick-ups.

- Experience working with children is essential
- Caring, honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Great communication skills
- Someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children
- Current WWCC
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle – essential

Pay: $33.00 – $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 26.0 per week
