We're currently seeking part-time and casual Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our growing team.

About Us

Quest Joondalup is a 90-apartment hotel in the heart of Joondalup, Western Australia. Since opening in 2019, we've set a new standard for apartment-style accommodation for both corporate and leisure travellers.

Getting to work is easy — we're a short walk from Joondalup train station and Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre, with convenient freeway access and free onsite parking for our team.

The Role – Housekeeper / Room Attendant

As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Shifts typically run 9:00am – 2:30/3:00pm, with hours varying in line with occupancy — most team members work around 15–30 hours per week. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

Your responsibilities will include

- Cleaning and servicing studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments

- Maintaining common areas to a high standard

- Stripping beds and preparing used linen for collection, and restocking fresh linen

- Reporting maintenance issues so we can keep the property in top condition

- Working efficiently and to Quest brand standards,



in line with guest needs and occupancy levels

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

- Reliable, responsible, and flexible

- Guest-focused with a friendly attitude

- Detail-oriented and organised

- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Comfortable with a physically active role — you'll be on your feet, lifting, and pushing trolleys

- Safety-conscious and respectful in all guest interactions

Experience & Requirements:

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (essential)

- Hospitality, tourism, or travel industry experience (highly regarded)

- Availability across various shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Entitled to work in Australia

- Willing to provide a current National Police Certificate (or obtain one)
