ECi Executive is partnering with an established civil contractor following the confirmation of a major new infrastructure project in Perth’s northern suburbs.

We are seeking HSE professionals across various levels of experience to join the project team, with opportunities available on a 5:2 roster. This is an opportunity to join a significant civil infrastructure project from the early stages, with previous Main Roads WA (MRWA) project experience essential.

The Role

- Support HSE delivery across a major civil infrastructure project
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Support project teams with HSE systems, procedures and compliance
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Work closely with site leadership, supervisors and subcontractors
- Promote solid safety standards across active civil construction works
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project and MRWA requirements

About You
- Previous Main Roads WA (MRWA) project experience – essential
- HSE experience within civil construction or infrastructure




- Knowledge of road construction and associated high-risk activities
- Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and site-based HSE requirements
- Confident working alongside construction teams, supervisors and subcontractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant HSE / WHS qualifications
