To strengthen our team, and in pursuit of recent business opportunities, we are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for Energy projects in Perth.

About the Role

- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety plans
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and project-specific standards
- Provide health and safety advice, training, and support to construction personnel and subcontractors




- Assist with safety reporting and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, site inductions and safety briefings
- Act as a point of contact for on-site health and safety queries
- Identify, monitoring and report any emerging risks to project team, whilst contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to raise and establish safety performance and culture
- Ability to identify all potential and imminent hazards on a site and be able to address them in a positive and proactive manner ensuring effective control measures to mitigate risks and compliance
- Ensure health and safety are always front of mind of all personnel
- Support OFSC audit process

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Proven knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice, and safety systems.
- White Card
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience working in high-risk, high pressure and fast paced environments
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving positive safety outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
