About the role The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality HSIE learning experiences across relevant subject areas. This is a full-time maternity leave cover position for Terms 1-3, 2027, with a possibility of continuing into Term 4.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver engaging HSIE lessons aligned with NESA curriculum requirements
- Plan and implement effective programs, lesson plans, and assessment strategies that promote strong student learning outcomes
- Use diverse instructional methods and technology to meet varied learning needs
- Assess and report on student progress, providing timely, constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and academic growth
- Actively support the Catholic ethos of the College and engage with the wider College community

About you

- Strong subject knowledge across HSIE disciplines
- Ability to differentiate the curriculum to create an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver a future-focused education to students
- Current NSW Working With Children Check and appropriate teaching accreditation
- Full working rights to work in Australia
