Human Resources Officer –
We are seeking a proactive and people‑focused Human Resources Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting staff, and is passionate about building positive workplace culture. You will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data is up to date.
- Contribute to workplace health and safety compliance and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects such as training programs,
engagement activities, and culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a Human Resources role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Knowledge of WHS requirements and modern award interpretation.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bankstown NSW
