HVAC Service Manager | Commercial HVAC

Sydney | Up to $150k Vehicle Super Performance Bonus An established commercial HVAC contractor is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to take ownership of its Sydney Service & Maintenance Division.

The core objective is simple: manage, develop and grow the division. You’ll lead the existing service operation while actively growing the commercial maintenance portfolio, strengthening client relationships and securing recent recurring maintenance contracts.

The Role

- Manage and grow the commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Division
- Lead and support HVAC Service Technicians and service personnel
- Drive new preventative maintenance contracts across Sydney
- Develop relationships with Facilities Managers, Property Managers and commercial clients
- Grow existing accounts and identify additional works opportunities
- Prepare maintenance proposals, tenders, scopes and quotations
- Manage service delivery, technician productivity and operational performance
- Oversee revenue, margins, budgets and contract profitability
- Provide senior technical support on complex HVAC issues
- Work closely with senior management to deliver growth targets

About You





- Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
- Previous Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Account Manager or similar experience
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC plant and controls
- Experience managing and developing HVAC technicians
- Commercially minded with the ability to develop client relationships and win work
- Existing relationships within Sydney’s commercial property or FM market highly regarded
