Our Building Services team is seeking a Hydraulic Services Revit Modeller to join our growing Perth office. With a strong pipeline of projects across the health, defence, government, commercial and industrial sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established team delivering high-quality BIM models and documentation on complex and technically challenging projects.
Working closely with hydraulic engineers and multidisciplinary design teams, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects from concept through to construction. You will contribute to project success through the development of coordinated models and documentation while supporting the ongoing evolution of our BIM and digital delivery capabilities.
Health sector project experience will be highly regarded given the strength of our current and future project portfolio in this sector.
The Opportunity
- Produce and coordinate hydraulic services models and documentation using Revit and associated BIM tools.
- Contribute to projects across the health, defence, government, commercial and industrial sectors.
- Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection and model reviews.
- Work closely with engineers, designers and project teams to deliver accurate and coordinated documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and improving modelling standards, templates and documentation practices.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects through all stages of design and construction.
About You
- Demonstrated experience as a Hydraulic Services Revit Modeller, Hydraulic Drafter or Hydraulic Designer within a building services environment.
- Strong Revit modelling skills and experience producing hydraulic services documentation.
- Knowledge of hydraulic services systems, NCC requirements and relevant Australian Standards.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with other building services disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality project documentation.
- Health sector project experience will be highly regarded.
