We’re looking for an energetic, friendly and reliable Hybrid Club Assistant & Creche Attendant to join our team across our Snap Fitness Ormeau and Pimpama clubs. This is a varied role for someone who loves people, enjoys the fitness industry and wants a position that combines member services, sales and administration with working in our onsite creche.

No two days will necessarily look the same. You could be welcoming members at reception, helping someone get started with their membership, following up leads, completing admin tasks or spending part of your shift creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment for the children in our creche.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include: Member Services & Reception

- Welcoming and assisting members and guests
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming club environment
- Assisting members with general enquiries, memberships and account queries
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation across the club
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the club

Sales

- Responding to enquiries and following up prospective members
- Conducting club tours and helping prospective members find the right membership
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into memberships
- Supporting member retention and engagement
- Identifying opportunities to introduce members to other services within the club

Administration

- Completing general administrative tasks and data entry
- Assisting with membership administration and club processes
- Supporting the management team with day-to-day tasks including social media content




- Helping ensure club systems and records are kept up to date

Creche Attendant

- Supervising children in our onsite creche
- Creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children
- Engaging with children through age-appropriate activities and play
- Maintaining a clean and organised creche environment
- Communicating professionally and positively with parents and guardians
- Following all club, health, safety and child supervision procedures

Fitness Experience is A Bonus!

A Certificate III or IV in Fitness is highly desirable but not essential. If you have fitness qualifications, there may also be opportunities to get involved with:

- Group fitness classes
- Personal training
- Member fitness support
- Other fitness-related services within the club

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced,



customer-focused setting
- Confident with computers and administration
- Comfortable having sales conversations and following up leads
- Proactive and able to work independently
- A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Flexible with their availability, including evenings and weekends when required

Previous experience in fitness, customer service, sales, reception, administration, childcare or creche environments will be highly regarded.

The Important Stuff

This role will require flexibility across both clubs, including some evening and weekend shifts as required. We currently have up to 10 hours per week on offer, with more on offer when fill ins/cover is required.

Applicants must be willing to work in both the member services/sales/admin side of the business and the creche. This is not a role that is exclusively reception or exclusively childcare.
