The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IBP & Inventory Analyst to join our Group Planning Team, reporting to the Head of IBP Process & Inventory Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights and influencing business decisions across a complex supply chain environment.

In this critical role, you will support Inventory Optimisation and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) excellence through data-driven insights, analytics, planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Demand & Supply Planning, Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing teams, you will help strengthen our planning capabilities, optimise inventory performance and enable informed business decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business challenges through data, enjoys partnering with stakeholders, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement across planning and inventory processes.

What Will You Do?

- Maintain and continuously improve inventory models and planning parameters to optimise inventory outcomes,



support working capital targets and maintain customer service levels.

- Perform inventory analysis, scenario modelling and root cause investigations to identify risks, constraints and opportunities for inventory optimisation and SLOB avoidance.

- Partner with Item Master Officers to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of planning and master data.

- Develop and enhance IBP and Inventory dashboards, reporting and analytics, providing visibility of performance, risks and opportunities across the business.

- Manage IBP administration activities, including maintaining the IBP calendar, SharePoint site and monthly cycle focus requirements.

- Deliver analytical insights and reporting that support planning performance, process effectiveness and data-driven decision making.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Integrated Business Planning and Inventory Management processes.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and improve business planning outcomes.

Who Are You?

- Degree qualified in Operations Planning, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Planning, Finance or related business functions.

- Solid analytical capabilities with experience using Power BI, Snowflake, Excel or similar reporting and analytics platforms and tools.

- Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions and influencing outcomes through data and insights.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

- Experience working with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems such as SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, JDE or similar planning platforms.

- A naturally curious and proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
