HYPOXI Studio Co-ordinator – Fernwood Fitness Hornsby

We’re looking for an organised, commercially minded and people-focused HYPOXI Studio Co-ordinator to take ownership of our established studio within Fernwood Fitness Hornsby.

This is a full-time, client-facing role focused on studio growth, client experience, sales and retention. You’ll coordinate the day-to-day operation of the studio, including appointments and enquiries, client consultations, lead generation, follow-up, and ongoing client engagement.

This is also a growth-focused role. You’ll develop sales and business development initiatives, build local relationships and referral opportunities, and work with the wider Fernwood team to generate leads, promote HYPOXI and achieve studio targets.

You don’t need previous HYPOXI experience — full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with the organisation, initiative and commercial mindset to run and grow a boutique body-shaping studio. Experience in health, beauty, hair, wellness, fitness or another client-focused service environment would be particularly well suited to the role.

You’ll be joining our all-female Fernwood Hornsby team, with a robust focus on providing a professional, welcoming and personalised client experience while helping women achieve their health, wellness and body-shaping goals.

- Forward-thinking, highly organised and confident taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination and growth of the studio
- Commercially minded, with an interest in sales, business development and achieving studio targets
- Naturally personable, with strong communication, consultation and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about women’s health, wellness, confidence and overall wellbeing
- Focused on delivering an exceptional client experience, with strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Confident identifying new business, referral and local partnership opportunities
- Experience in beauty, hair, wellness,



fitness, retail or another client-focused service environment is highly regarded
- Previous sales, studio or salon coordination/management experience is ideal; HYPOXI experience is not required
- Social media and Canva skills are beneficial
- Weekend availability is essential
