- Security – Permanent part-time role 22.8hrs, based in the Hastings office. Immunisation Nurse + 4% Qual allowance Yr 1 - $111,600.87 per annum (pro-rata, excl. super) or Immunisation Nurse + 7.5% Qual allowance - Yr 4 - $127,023.64 per annum (pro-rata, excl. super).

About the Role

As an Immunisation Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality immunisation services across community, secondary school and employee vaccination programs. You will thrive in this role if you are adaptable, clinically proficient, customer focused and committed to improving community health outcomes.

About You

- Hold a current Ahpra registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Qualified Victorian Nurse Immuniser along with evidence of successful completion of annual immunisation emergency training requirements.
- Demonstrated experience delivering protected and effective immunisation services in accordance with the National Immunisation Program,



legislative requirements and recognised clinical standards.
- Sound understanding of vaccine administration, cold chain management, adverse event monitoring and reporting, infection prevention and control principles, and the provision of client-centred care across a variety of settings.
- Experience with Local Government Immunisation programs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally and effectively with community members, parents, carers, students, employees and stakeholders. Able to provide accurate immunisation information, respond to enquiries with confidence and sensitivity, and adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Experience using immunisation software, electronic record systems and other digital applications to accurately record, manage and maintain client information. Ability to use technology to support service delivery, reporting and compliance requirements. Experience using Vitavo or similar immunisation management systems is desirable.
