The Role

We are seeking motivated, target-driven In-Home Solar Sales Consultants to join our growing Melbourne team. You will meet with homeowners across the East Melbourne metro region who have already expressed active interest in solar and battery storage.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured,



in-person consultation appointments at client homes across Melbourne.

Analyse customer power bills and present tailored solar and battery solutions.

Walk clients through product options, return on investment and government rebates.

Close deals on the spot and submit accurate paperwork to our operations team.

Build robust rapport with clients to drive local word of mouth referrals.

Requirements

Proven track record in solar, home improvement, or direct to consumer sales (preferred).

Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset.

Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.

Qualified demeanor with excellent communication and active listening skills.

Full working rights in Australia.
