Looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner / Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and is confident working across different environments. The successful applicant will assist with industrial and hospitality cleaning, labouring and general trade assistant duties across various sites.

About the Role

The role will generally offer 3–5 days of work per week, depending on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, as working days, hours and locations may vary.

Duties may include

- Industrial and hospitality cleaning
- Operating floor scrubbers and other commercial/industrial cleaning equipment
- Detailed cleaning of floors, work areas, amenities and facilities
- General labouring and Trade Assistant duties
- Assisting trades and site personnel as required
- Manual handling and physical tasks
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following site procedures, SWMS and WHS requirements
- Working both independently and as part of a team

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and not afraid of hands-on work. To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning,



labouring or Trade Assistant work
- Experience operating floor scrubbers or similar industrial cleaning equipment
- Experience working in industrial and/or hospitality environments
- Construction White Card – required
- Working at Heights – highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to undertake physical and manual work
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions
- Flexibility with working days, hours and locations

Additional tickets, licences or relevant industry experience will also be highly regarded.
