Industrial Health Coordinator

As the Industrial Health Coordinator, you will support workforce mobilisation, compliance, rostering and operational coordination, ensuring our clinical teams are ready to deliver exceptional service where and when it is needed. Working closely with operational leaders, clinicians and clients, you will play a vital role in supporting service continuity and fostering strong stakeholder relationships within a dynamic and growing business.

This a Full-time permanent position based at RFDS Jandakot WA.

About the role

- Coordinate workforce mobilization and travel activities to ensure personnel are site-ready and operational requirements are met.
- Manage rosters and workforce schedules to support seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, clinicians and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance requirements, maintain accurate records and support audits.
- Assist with reporting, invoicing and month-end administrative activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes.

About you

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement when managing day-to-day operational activities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Health Administration or a related field,



or equivalent experience in a similar coordination role.
- Experience in resources, healthcare, emergency services or aviation environments will be highly regarded.
