Role: Inside Sales Representative/Restaurant Partnerships Representative
Work Location: Sydney – Hybrid Work Setup
Employment Type: Full-time Casual Contract Role (This contract type does not include entitlements such as sick leave, annual leave, or holiday pay)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Travel: Yes - The candidate should be able to make in-field visits. All travel and expenses incurred during Field Sales visits will be reimbursed.
Requirement: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
Note: There are no commissions, bonuses, or incentives associated with this role.
What You'll Do:
● As a Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in expanding our partner base by: ● Owning the Full Acquisition Cycle: Driving the end-to-end sales process for high-priority local restaurant partners within your assigned territory. ● Acting as a Trusted Advisor: Understanding partner challenges and goals, then clearly articulating the value proposition to help their business thrive. ● Championing the Merchant Experience: Taking full ownership of the partner journey, ensuring their voice is heard and acted upon. ● Strategic Prospecting: Demonstrating strong self-prospecting abilities to identify, qualify, and engage high-value merchants. ● Driving Momentum: Guiding partners from initial contact through to successful launch and sustained revenue generation, expertly handling objections along the way. ● Collaborating for Success: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results for both our partners.

Are there any requirements the candidate(s) have?
● Sales Experience: 2~3 years sales experience.
● Hospitality/Customer Service Backgrounds preferred.
