Requirements for the role – Monday to Friday 8.30 to 3.50pm, 34.2 hours per week,

6.8 hours a day, 5 days a week with a 30-minute lunch break, no after hours or weekend work

2 Graystone Ct Epping 3076 and possibly other DPV Health locations. Twelve month contract.

Greatness starts here The intake team provides services to new clients and is committed to providing services with professionalism, quality, efficiency and exceptional standard of care.

Intake workers are a vital component within the client access team and will ensure prompt registering of referrals and initial appointment bookings for all new clients that meet our criteria; the role also includes administrative responsibilities. Intake workers must hit daily billing targets and be able to work as part of a dynamic team.

Working as part of the Intake team, and reporting to Julianne Zylstra you will be responsible for:

- Registering new referrals that come in from Healthlink, Faxes, Emails, Mail, Internal referrals and My aged Care Portal.
- Registered clients are then assigned to the correct clinician for triaging and priority rating given.
- Place the clients on the waitlist and send an SMS or letter to the clients notifying them of the waiting times.
- When a client comes to the top of the waitlist, book them in for their initial appointment.
- Update all client demographics.
- Meet daily billing targets to ensure KPI’s are met.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Trakcare and CRM as well as the phone system.
- Ability to manage your own workload and assist with additional work requirements.
- Must reach daily billing targets.
- Must be able to work in a team setting.
- Good communication skills.
- An understanding of medical terminology.

- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
